White Knight Reviews

The album gets a Grade C from the AV Club  who describe it as Todd Rundgren gets stuck in the ’80s with some famous friends.

American Songwriter rates in two and half out of five and concludes 'once you warm up to the concept, there are enough moments on the eclectic smorgasbord to keep most fans engaged.'

RollingStone goes for three stars and calls it predictably odd and comments that 'Inconsistency is like a muse here.'

Todd latest gets a 6.6 from Pitchfork

Pitchfork is first out of the gates with a White Knight review concluding

"a testament to his individuality in an industry that demands artists choose a lane and stay in it. Either way, it’s classic Rundgren: weird, charming, and dotted with his favorite kind of jokes—the kind that only he’s in on."
