Jessica Pratt on Todd as inspiration

Vogue talks to Jessica Pratt about the release of her second album, On Your Own Love Again. When asked what she was listening to to get in the mood for writing she answers: "She was listening, she says, to Scott Walker, the Beach Boys, Todd Rundgren—“all those seventies-crooner mellifluous types. I call them my surrogate boyfriends! Listening to them makes you want to write songs.”
